اختتمت لجنة النشاط الثقافي في نقابة المهندسين العراقية برنامج تدريب أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية بالتعاون مع مركز التجارة الدولية، ضمن مشروع التحول العادل والشامل (بيت) المموّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وبإشراف بعثته إلى العراق.
واستمر البرنامج أربعة أيام متتالية بواقع 16 ساعة تدريبية، وشهد تخرّج 70 مهندسة ومهندسًا بعد استكمال متطلبات التدريب كافة، متجاوزًا العدد المخطط له مسبقًا، مع حضور فاعل وتفاعل مميز في الجلسات النظرية والعملية.
وجاء تنظيم هذا البرنامج ضمن توجه نقابة المهندسين العراقية ولجنة النشاط الثقافي في دعم التدريب العملي النوعي، وبمتابعة ودعم مباشر من السيد نقيب المهندسين العراقيين المهندس ذوالفقار حوشي المكصوصي، وبالتنسيق مع الشريك المنفذ مركز التجارة الدولية.
وأكدت النقابة تطلعها إلى توسيع آفاق التعاون مع بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي عبر برامج أكثر تخصصًا وتأثيرًا، إلى جانب العمل على إعداد برامج تدريب مدربين لضمان استدامة فرص التدريب.
كما دعت لجنة النشاط الثقافي الزميلات والزملاء إلى تجديد العضوية وربط فرص التدريب المقبلة بالأعضاء ذوي العضوية السارية، تعزيزًا للتنظيم وحفظًا لحقوق المهندسين.
وأبدى المشاركون رضاهم العالي عن جودة المحتوى وتوازنه، ومستوى التنظيم والإدارة، بما يعزّز جاهزيتهم لتطبيق ما اكتسبوه في مشاريع واقعية مرتبطة بسوق العمل والتحول نحو الطاقة النظيفة.

The Cultural Activities Committee at the Iraqi Engineers Union Concludes the Solar Energy Systems Training Program and Graduates 70 Engineersb
The Cultural Activities Committee (CAC) at the Iraqi Engineers Union (IEU) concluded the Solar Energy Systems training program in cooperation with the International Trade Centre (ITC), within the EU-funded Building Equitable and Inclusive Transformation (BEIT) project, under the supervision of the European Union Delegation to Iraq.
The program ran over four consecutive days, totaling 16 training hours, and graduated 70 engineers after successfully completing all training requirements, exceeding the previously planned target number, with strong attendance and remarkable engagement in both theoretical and practical sessions.
This program was organized as part of the IEU’s and the CAC’s approach to supporting high-quality, practice-oriented training, with direct follow-up and support from the IEU President, Eng. Thulfiqar Hoshi Al-Makssousi, and in coordination with the implementing partner, the ITC.
The Union reaffirmed its aspiration to expand cooperation with the EU Delegation through more specialized and impactful programmes, alongside developing Training of Trainers (TOT) initiatives to ensure the sustainability of training opportunities.
The Cultural Activities Committee also encouraged colleagues to renew their memberships and to link upcoming training opportunities to members with valid subscriptions, strengthening organization and safeguarding engineers’ rights.
Participants expressed high satisfaction with the quality and balance of the content, as well as the level of organization and management, which enhances their readiness to apply what they gained in real-world projects aligned with labor market needs and the transition toward clean energy.
