Requirements :

1-A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT role. Familiarity with various operating systems and network.
2-First level helpdesk support and Troubleshooting of all PC and IT hardware problems.
3-Hardware & Software installation
4-Installing, configuring and various different network architecture (Cisco , Huawei, MikroTik, Ubiquiti )
5-Well knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting in Windows.

Certifications: CCNA, HCIA, MTCNA
