Al-Sulaymaniyah Company is seeking a qualified (IT-Helpdesk Engineer) to join our team.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience as IT-Helpdesk.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and provide support.
• Take ownership of IT incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly (Incident Management and Request Fulfillment).
• Initiate the setup and configuration of client equipment and related devices.
• Provide user support by diagnosing and resolving reported IT incidents.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding computer software and hardware issues.
• Follow up with users to ensure that reported issues have been successfully resolved.
• Document problem descriptions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
• Communicate recurring problems to management for further analysis and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system information, changes, and updates.
• Read technical manuals, consult with users, or conduct remote computer diagnostics as needed.
• Develop training materials and procedures to enhance user understanding of IT tools and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for users in accordance with established policies.
