We provide fully comprehensive solutions to rehabilitate and maintain the large fleet of heavy-duty gas turbines in Iraq.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Baghdad. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will also be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and developing pricing proposals for new business opportunities. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company objectives. Commercial Manager for ALMCO oversees business development efforts on behalf of a company. The candidate works from winning new client contracts to developing marketing and growth strategies and campaigns. He also builds and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in order to keep business growth opportunities in the pipeline
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
5+ years of experience in business development and sales in Power Generation and Oil & Gas industry
Experience in drafting and managing commercial contracts and terms & conditions
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Structure cost analysis
Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts. Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth. Monitor local and federal regulations. Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
Coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience working in Iraq or the Middle East is a plus
