Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Daw Alfada Company – شركة ضوء الفضاء is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to our B2B and B2C customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
Provide technical support to our B2B and B2C customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to include via remote support software.
GPON/EPON OLT Configuration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues mainly related to OLTs and ONTs from different brands such as Huawei, ZTE, BDCOM, VSOL, and C DATA.
Provide FTTx knowledge to customers and assist in the configuration of OLTs and ONTs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints using our customer management system.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Keep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to effectively support our customers.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Experience in providing technical support to customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience working with OLTs and ONTs from different brands.
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
Any related certifications are appreciated.
