We are hiring. Service Desk Coordinator
Work Days: 6 Days per week
Contract Type: Full-Time
Required Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in computer technology engineering
– Three Years of experience in Information technology
– Skills: Service Desk Software, monitoring Software, Microsoft office suite,
– Understanding the ITIL Framework standards.
– Understanding the ITAM – Information Technology Asset Management.
– Very Good level of English language (Oral and Written).
