Raban AL Safina for Energy projects are looking for ( Planning Manager) .
Duties & Responsibilities FOR Planning Manager:
1-Initiate, organize and track maintenance plans implementation (Preventive and corrective
maintenance & CBM) and daily work reports using CMMS software.
2- Manage project documents, drawings by using an electronic document management system.
3- Initiate and control project schedules using MS projects.
4- Liaise with contractors to receive and distribute schedule updates.
5- Analyze schedule progress and accurately forecast new timelines when necessary.
6- Collaborate with project managers to document and report physical percentages.
7- Establish and release track progress through the system.
8- Initiate, distribute and control warranty cases/claims using warranty management software.
9- Ensure conformance between actual and planned work and calculate deviation if it exists.
10- Presented executive-level reports, presentations and deliverables that reflected risk and status.
11- Tracked baselines, performed what-if analysis, and developed contingency plans, and incorporated.
12- Developed and presented corrective action plans and mitigation strategies based on schedule risk
assessment, project health, and critical path analysis.
13-Reported schedule status and variances and updated the schedule statuses.
14-Developed and maintained automated tracking systems, hard copy files and records to enhance
office workflows.
15- Recorded generation data listing Megawatt produced, maintenance activities and performance
reports.
Academic Qualification: bachelor’s degree in engineering
Field/Industry of Experience: Power Plant
Role of Experience/Expertise:Planning Engineer
Years of Experience: 10 Years
Language Proficiency:Advanced
Software Skills: CMMS, Excel, Word.
Certificates:PMP, CMRP
