– SOC Engineer at Masarat Al- iraq We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SOC Engineer. Who Responsible for monitoring All Masarat Network Element for 24/7, and provide Level 1 and partially level 2 support. we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Responsibilities: • Monitoring Masart Network. • Escalate to higher technical support (2nd level). • Reporting all Network outages on times with their main reason. • Following the Change Management result. • Analyze alarms according to affected elements and reflect this through deep analysis to link connectivity and topology architecture • Trend and performance analysis for KPI and KQI degradation, and connect them to network incidents. • Available for 24/7 rotation shifts.
